Choose IVR Call Flow:  Our standard IVR platform is

designed to handle any interaction required to promote and process interactive mobile campaigns with your customers.  It contains placeholders for specialized greetings, advertisements, voting or product menus, and credit and debit card processing. You just select the prompts (i.e.“call flow”) you want to use, and we’ll do the rest!

Reserve a Phone Number for Your Program: We can

assign one or more local or 800 numbers to your program.  These numbers can be ones you already own or they can be vanity numbers we reserve in your company’s name.

 
 
 
Set-up Your Campaign: You access our web-based

campaign management and reporting interface to set-up your interactive or mobile content campaign.  Since our IVR and web-based applications are integrated in real-time, you can enter campaign information and hear it on your IVR line within seconds!  This feature provides incredible flexibility that allows you to quickly respond to market needs by keeping your campaign fresh and unique.

Promote Your Program: You promote your 800 number on
television, radio, billboard, or web advertisements.  Customers call in to vote, sign-up, or purchase content, and the CallFor solution initiates and tracks WAP or SMS interaction with your customers.
Monitor Program Success: Customers begin voting,
subscribing, or purchasing, and you access real-time reporting activities on the CommerceTel web portal to view campaign statistics.
